Zach was my only child who wasn't completely petrified of giant cartoon characters. He was cautious, but not petrified.
Unlike Cole and Ava, who were freaked out by Chip and Dale at Disney. Ava was so freaked she wouldn't even let Eric carry her near them.
Although, looking at this picture, lifesize chipmunks are pretty freaky. They look like they'd just as soon kidnap you as tickle your belly....
